CONDITONAL ADMISSION OFFER

  1. In addition to the prevailing admission policy of Shivalik College, it would be prudent to regulate admission for the year 2022-23 as per the following considerations:
    1. BTech: CE / CSE / ECE / ME
      1. Min 50% marks in X Standard for students appearing in XII standard with PCM in 2022 with valid admit card of XII standard.
    2. B. Pharm
      1. Min 50% marks in X standard for students appearing in XII standard with PCB/ PCM in 2022 with valid admit card of XII standard.
    3. B. Sc Agriculture
      1. Min 50% marks in X standard for students appearing in XII standard with PCB/ PCM in 2022 with valid admit card of XII standard.
    4. BBA
      1. Min 50% marks in X standard for students appearing in XII standard in 2022 with valid admit card of XII standard.
  2. The process for conditional offer for admissions is as below:
    1. Step 1: Apply Online at https://apply.shivalikcollege.edu.in
    2. Step 2: Pay Application Fee of INR 1000 (Non-Refundable) and submit the documents.
    3. Step 3: Send a formal request for Conditional Admission Offer through email at sac@shivalikcollege.edu.in . All the valid documents to be attached with mail.
    4. Step 4: If Conditional offer is approved the candidate shall deposit Admission Fee of INR 20000. (Rs Twenty Thousand Only) through UPI/QR Code/net banking/credit card/debit card/DD.
    5. Step 5: Issuance of Conditional Offer Letter.
  3. The refund policy for conditional offer for admissions is as below:
    1. INR 1000 shall be deducted against admission/counselling fee if applicant did not meet the prescribed eligibility criteria or wishes to withdraw admission on/before 30th June 2022.
    2. The Last date to withdraw Conditional Offer is 30th June 2022.
    3. No refund shall be processed after 30th June 2022.
    4. The above policy will be valid for the academic year 2022-23 only.
    5. The above-mentioned eligibility is applicable only for those students who are appearing in 12th class/diploma examination in the year 2022.
